Agramondis is a young company, and we invest in our people. Therefore, we select candidates carefully considering both skill and personality. It’s a highly competitive market, and we use a multi-stage process which overall minimizes the time commitment from everyone.
An application form will be provided online where candidates will be asked different questions, including uploading their CVs and cover letter. This will enable the team to decide which candidate best fits into the role that was advertised. The candidates that best fit in this stage will be contacted for an interview and move on to the next stage.
This stage is designed to put a face to the name, get to know the candidate better, and determine if personal impression tallies with application and written examples.
The first interview is conducted on Microsoft Teams. The candidates are welcomed to ask clarifying questions about Agramondis and the position they are applying for. After the first interview, an assignment is given to the candidates. This helps Agramondis quickly decide which candidate is the best fit for the role to avoid time wasting as much as possible.
Based on the performance of candidates in the first stage and how well the first assignment is executed to expectations, candidates are selected for the second interview. This stage is designed to better understand the level of capabilities of candidates for further selection.
A second assignment is given to the candidates. This assignment is usually related to the work done at Agramondis; this assignment seeks to test candidates’ skills on the kind of work done at Agramondis.
This stage is decided upon based on the discretion of the recruitment team and may come with a third assignment depending on the situation at hand.
Candidates who have successfully passed the above stages, and after careful consideration, are offered a contract and welcomed to our team!
